Everyone skating on Eugene Figure Skating Club sponsored ice time
is required to sign and submit an Injury Waiver, an EFSC Code of Conduct statement,
and a Health Liability Waiver each new skating season.
There will be no exceptions.
The skating season runs from July 1 to June 30.
