Find the appropriate level section below and click Get Started. The link will take you to a registration page just for your level group.
Step 1 is to create an account in LeagueApps, our new registration system, and pay the annual Admin Fee (If you skated with us in the Fall 25 session, you skip this step).
You must complete Step 1 before it will allow you to go to Step 2.
Step 2 is to select your class level and day. You can do this by clicking on the link provided on the registration page or by searching for the class in your LeagueApps account. Select your class, complete the registration form and make your payment – all in one place! All registrations must be paid for before January 1st or the registration will fail and you will not be enrolled.

Snowplow Sam
For 4 & 5 year old beginning skaters
The Snowplow Sam levels are designed for the preschool/early school aged skater to develop preliminary coordination and strength, while building confidence in themselves and getting used to skating.
The classes incorporate more fun and games to make it a positive and enjoyable experience.
Basic 1 – 6
For 6 – 12 year old beginning & intermediate skaters
The Basic Skills curriculum is available to skaters aged 6-12 who are taking their first steps on the ice. Instructors use engaging activities to teach the FUNdamentals of ice skating.
The six progressive levels introduce forward and backward skating, stops, edges, crossovers and turns with agility, balance, coordination and speed as main focuses.
Free Skate
For 6 – 18 year old advanced skaters
Learn to Skate USA’s Free Skate curriculum introduces skaters to the beginning elements of figure skating, including progressive skating skills, transitions, spins, jumps and more. Each Free Skate level is divided into three sections: skating skills, spins and jumps.
The levels are designed to give skaters a strong foundation and it is at this point the skater can choose to pursue a recreational or competitive approach to the sport of figure skating.
Teen & Adult
For 13+ year olds
The Adult curriculum is designed for both beginning and experienced adult skaters who wish to improve their skating skills. Participation in the program will help promote physical fitness and improve balance and coordination while teaching proper skating techniques.
This is an exciting program for people who look to skating as an enjoyable and social part of a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Beginning Teen & Adult is Adult Levels 1, 2, & 3
Advanced Teen & Adult is Adult Levels 4, 5, & 6
Winter Learn to Skate Lesson Fees
Once a week $192 for Winter 6-week session, plus annual LTS Admin Fee** ($50)
Skate rental is included.
Twice a week $340 for winter 6-week session, plus annual LTS Admin Fee** ($50)
Skate rental is included.
**Learn To Skate USA Admin Fee: $50 per skater, annually. Due once a season (between July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026) to cover insurance, administration, magazine subscription, progress book and materials. All skaters, except those returning from Fall 25, will need to pay this fee for Winter ’26 session.
Add-A-Class Option – $32/class plus $4 for skate rental, if needed.
This option is for our once-a-week skaters wishing to add an occasional extra lesson. Please contact sk8eugene@gmail.com for this option and include the date(s) you would like to add.
Booster Lesson Option – $20/lesson
This option is a one-on-one 15-minute private lesson during the group lesson practice time, by appointment when available. Please talk to your class instructor or contact sk8eugene@gmail.com if you are interested in a booster lesson.
Please note that all registered participants are eligible for one make-up lesson per session. There are no refunds for missed lessons without prior arrangements.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU COME TO THE RINK
- Check-in with a Club representative upon arrival, ideally 15-20 minutes before your lesson time
- Please come dressed in skating attire – dress in layers, gloves, hats, helmets, etc.
- Pick-up rental skates, if needed (remember to return them after class)
- We recommend leaving personal belongings with someone you trust or don’t bring them with you.
- If you are not feeling well, have COVID or flu symptoms, we request you stay home.
- We want you to have a great time skating with us!
