Artistry In Motion Badge Series
Start earning your AIM badges - 5 weeks
AIM 1
Saturdays, January 11th through February 8th
9:00-9:45 am
The Artistry in Motion (AIM) program introduces skaters to the basic principles and philosophy of choreography, presentation and performance. The badge program provides a foundation in basic body alignment, movement and line. Using this program will contribute to the training of the complete figure skater.
This series will tap into the creative mind of every skater while introducing tempo and rhythm, expression, and basic program construction.

Edge Work Class
This power and edge class focuses on enhancing speed, stamina, and control through dynamic power drills. Skaters will also learn various edge skills, including spirals, split jumps, Ina Bauers, and spread eagles, while engaging the correct use of edges within fundamental skating techniques. This workshop allows skaters to refine their skating skills and add uniqueness to their routines.
Appropriate for Free Skate & equivalent levels and above.

Jump & Spin Workshop
Dedicated work on jumps and spins focusing on form, body positioning, technique, and posture. Work on scratch spins to camels, waltz jumps to axels - this is extra ice time with instruction for those skaters looking to work on jumps and spins.
Appropriate for Basic 6 & equivalent levels and above; Must be working on mastering a scratch spin and a waltz jump.

The mini rink is open to limited programming. We will be working on rescheduling this workshop in the new year. We are issuing refunds for all previous registrants.
For everyone wanting an introduction or a reminder of basic dance skills.
This workshop will introduce and practice dance patterns and techniques used in ice dancing.
Appropriate for levels Basic 4 and up.
Space is limited; This workshop will take place on the mini sheet of ice.
